The Dancer's Workout Description The Dancer's Workout is a program of one-hour classes that Jules has designed to enable dancers of all levels to enjoy a challenging cardio workout while distracted by the sheer joy of music and dance. Each version of The Dancer's Workout combines multiple genres of dance, including ballet, lyrical jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and broadway jazz into one action-packed hour. After a thorough warm-up, the class is non-stop movement which culminates in a final number that is built upon the choreography taught during the hour. Pilates-based toning included.
